Rachel Kerr, Head of Product Development
Rachel joined Onetest in 2001, after spending several
years as a technical consultant for a number of large multi-national
software vendors both in Australia and the UK.
Rachel has completed a Bachelor of Informatics and an
Honours degree in Commerce majoring in Information Management. Her
specialist expertise is in ERP, HR and best practice software
methodologies.
She is committed and passionate about ensuring Onetest’s
products are powerful, flexible and reliable and believes that keeping
abreast of innovative technology ensures Onetest’s offering continues to
be one of the best business propositions for HR professionals.

Cherie Curtis, Head of Psychology
Cherie has been with Onetest since 2003. She is a
qualified, registered psychologist and a member of the Australian
Psychological Society (APS). She has completed a Bachelor of Arts with a
Double Major in Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours
and a Masters of Organisational Psychology.
Her previous experience includes psychologist roles in both the
clinical and organisational fields, including psychological test
construction and development, clinical assessment counselling and roles
in the UK and North America as the founding partner of a successful
Organisational Psychology Consulting firm.
Cherie’s primary responsibilities include psychological test
construction, research and development, consulting services, client
communication, training and team management. Cherie is passionate about
psychology at work, recruitment, exceptional client service and ethical
practice.

Vass Malanos, Head of Operations
Vass has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and is a
Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Vass’s career initially involved
working in the public sector before he moved into CFO commercial roles
in retail/wholesale and manufacturing industries.
Vass’s successes include the development of a number of
Australian companies onto the international stage and leading the way in
people and process development change for high growth enterprises.
Vass Malanos leads the Operations and Client Services teams
at Onetest and provides internal support to all departments and clients
through functions including account management, QA policy development,
internal IT maintenance and exceptional client support.

Matthew Clarkson, Head of Marketing
Matthew joined Onetest in 2010 after successfully managing
the international expansion and subsequent sale of an interactive
eLearning company to a large US publisher in 2009. Matthew has
previously held senior marketing roles at Ergon Energy, Conrad Jupiters
Hotel and Casino and Marketshare.
Matthew has completed a Bachelor of Arts with a Double Major
in Psychology. He is a full member of the Australian Marketing
Institute and a former committee member of the Australian Marketing and
Social Research Society (Qld).
He is passionate about creating innovative integrated
campaigns that generate annuity revenue and long term customer

Naomi Lock, Head of Client Solutions
Naomi joined Onetest in 2005. Naomi combines a professional
services consulting background with her passion for HR and a commitment
to ongoing client relationships and service delivery. Since joining
Onetest Naomi has helped many of Australia’s leading private and public
sector employers to identify and implement recruitment, development and
retention solutions to address HR objectives. Naomi is responsible for
the Solutions Management and Client Services teams and focuses on
achieving client outcomes and satisfaction. |

Paul Hopkins, Head of Sales
Paul joined Onetest in 2011 following a decade long career
in recruitment during which he established, grew and eventually sold his
own executive recruitment firm. Possessing a degree
in Business, Paul previously spent fifteen years in the automotive
industry including ten in the USA as Vice President, Sales for an
international equipment supplier. His focus
is on developing integrated sales teams dedicated to diagnosing and
solving complex organisational problems in the human resource
environment. |
